Our efforts in proposal preparation are led by the sole owner and President of Sho-Me Extractions, LLC, Dr Ryan Giedd, Ph.D. He has a distinguished track record that underscores his ability to secure funding for a diverse array of innovative projects. Through his leadership, he has successfully crafted and led numerous funded proposals, showcasing significant expertise in both technical documentation and strategic planning. ​​​He has guided projects that received substantial government funding, such as the "Development of Miniature Temperature Sensors for Space Applications," which attracted over $200,000 from the Strategic Defense Initiative Organization across multiple phases. Additionally, he has advanced academic resources with initiatives like the
"Standard Computer Interface for Undergraduate Science Laboratories," that used custom equipment products like the Jupiter IO board. Under his direction, the MSU Jordan Valley Innovation Center has contributed to groundbreaking research and technological advancements, ranging from biosensor development to advanced military defense systems. Noteworthy collaborations with the Office of Naval Research (ONR) include the $5.85 million project for "Advanced Bio-System Sensors," reflecting his ability to align project objectives with funding priorities while navigating both technical and financial landscapes.
